You Shall Prevail

I used to be an Anti-Christ who hated all Christians and everything that pertained to Christianity. I was raised in a home where there was no mention of God.  When I turned 14 I began to experience very hurtful circumstances that were caused by Christians and that's when I  began to hate anything related to Christianity. Christians were the ones who hurt me so I developed and nurtured a strong desire to work against them and hurt them back. Stemmed by hatred, I enjoyed ridiculing and disrespecting the Christian community and I used to brag about my tirades with Christ-followers.

In 2004 God began to work on my heart, showing me that He is real and that He cares for me. I could hardly believe I was questioning the possibility of God being real, of Jesus being real. But I could not deny the questions that began to surface within me.  I opened a Bible and started reading. It seemed ridiculous to me but I knew that I was feeling something inside of me. I couldn't deny it. What I read in the Bible truly surprised me. I learned God always wanted His creation to follow Him, but they refused: The angels refused, the Israelites refused and Christians refused. He showed me  He is real and He desires to spend time with people who truly love Him. He offered me protection and salvation. He told me I wouldn't be able to outsmart Him and that Hell was my sure destination.  He blessed me with the desire to choose Him over Hell. As I learned more about Him, I fell in love with Him.

After relinquishing my life to God, He blessed me to surrender to Him completely and pursue His will with all my heart. I truly love Him and  He blesses me to keep Him first in my life. He takes excellent care of me and we’re close. He blesses me to minister to others through writing and encouraging. This ministry was not my idea. It was God’s command to a servant who didn't want any trouble. I have procrastinated in completing my assignment but yet He still blesses me to continue to move forward. He has given me an anointing with words and the ideas expressed on this website DO NOT COME FROM ME, I write what He wants me to write. I love you and I am not your minister, He is. I’m just doing as told.
